Surprise! PlayStation's Days of Play starts tomorrow, and as a part of the event they're actually lowering prices on the PS5, console bundles, accessories and more! Just last month Sony had announced PS5 price hikes for several regions, including Europe, the U.K., New Zealand and Australia. They followed that change up with an acknowledgement during their earnings report that they would have to raise prices on customers in order to navigate the Trump Tariffs. Microsoft already conceded the need to address the Tariffs, raising the prices of the Xbox Series X|S, as well as some accessories. Nintendo faced the same issue, stating that the price of the Switch 2 may fluctuate after pausing the pre-orders due to the same Tariffs.
